Maria Hagan (pronounced Mariah) represents clients from San Francisco and the Silicon Valley south to the Monterey Peninsula. Prior to starting her own shop, Maria ran the sales and marketing arm of a California 100 luxury home builder. A 15 year+ tenure as a marketing executive and broker selling over 10,000 luxury homes throughout California and Arizona. Within Carmel and the environs of the Monterey Peninsula, Maria shares deep local roots. Her extended family owned and operated the Carmel Valley Racquet Club, a tennis facility that hosted for many years popular summer camps for youth tennis.

Maria is a longtime broker and member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She holds a masters degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She’s an avid reader of non-fiction, a passionate supporter of the arts, and a hiker.
